Pantons Property have been managing lets, sales and purchases of rural properties for over 20 years. We began practicing in 2002, giving insight into diversification and development opportunities and providing advice on commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Most of the properties we let are on farms, but we also let premises in urban locations. We try and make any letting as straight forward as possible and with the majority of Landlords living and working at the location, we make sure the Landlord/Tenant relationship is as strong as possible.
The properties we sell usually have a development or investment perspective and range from estates with multiple buildings, land of varying acreages, country residences with equestrian facilities or sites with planning permission granted.
