The charity landowner will shortly conduct a tender process.  Initial expressions of interest should be made in writing (jack@pantons-property.com) by Wednesday 25th February 2026 to confirm your interest and contact details.  Interested parties will be contacted thereafter and invited to submit their tenders between Friday 27th February 2026 and Friday 13th March 2026.

Applicants will be required to assess the opportunity and form their own opinions on rent prior to submitting a tender.  Draft heads of terms will be issued during the tender stage.  The Landlord is not obliged to accept the highest, or indeed any offer received.

  • TERMS
    The land is to be let for a term of up to 3 years, contracted outside of the security of tenure provisions under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.  The Tenant will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance.  A deposit equal to 3 months rent will be payable.  References and credit check will be required.

    VIEWINGS
    On site viewings will strictly be by appointment only and shall be arranged with interested parties during the first week of March 2026.

    LEGAL COSTS
    Each party shall bear their own costs.

    USE
    Equestrian or other grazing use.  Please note there are no buildings available.

    TENANT CHECK
