Pantons Property Advisors facilitated a private sale of nearly 20 acres of land (without road frontage) near Harpenden.
Demand for small parcels of land in the region shows no signs of abating with this sale. After running a Best Bid scenario, this resulted in multiple offers being received and without even going to the open market.
