Pantons have just obtained planning permission to use an Agricultural Building for Business Use.

Using the relativley under-used Permitted Development Rights under Class R, a farming client can now let his farm building for any business purpose.

This will enable significantly higher rents to be charged and increase the Capital Value of the property by around 3x, so well worth doing.
